not dead...just busy

full time school, part time work that feels like full time work...it takes a lot out of me...
that and all my free time is devoted to doing nothing, nothing, nothing, nothing...except sitting on the couch cuddled with grande and the kitties watching mindless tv.

this past weekend i broke the news to my parents (and brother) that grande and i plan to move to upstate ny. they took the news well, my mom actually thought it was a good idea. it was strange, i expected a more dramatic reaction or at least one guilt trip, but no...they all just nodded and said it was probably good for us to move. huh?! as glad as i am that they aren't mad at me, it still seems strange that no one seemed to really be surprised.

grande leaves tonight for another job interview in upstate ny...yeah, fingers crossed. i hate being home alone...it makes me jumpy and nervous.

yesterday when i got into my car to drive into work the same song was playing as when i got out of my car the night before....different artists, same song. it was very weird...oh and i have to add that it was a dolly parton song...the first time it was on it was not dolly, but the second time it was. strange part is, is that the station i was listening to doesn't play music like dolly parton...so it wasn't just a song on their playlist or anything...

soon time for a meeting...arugh...whatever, it is rainy, damp and crappy, the last thing i want to do is sit in some boring meeting...oh well, at least it is thursday and i can have a margarita at lunch today!! :-)
