sorry but i had to share this, my Odwalla Berries GoMEGA drink has a little write up on the side about its nutritional values, as many of the all natural drinks do...
this drink contains a ton (not literally, or it would be a really heavy drink...i would probably need a straw), but anyway, it contains a lot of ground flaxseed....yum!
the point of this post, is that at the bottom is says to, "Drink up, YOU FLAXY THANG"!! lol...that is the funniest thing...sorry, it has been a long week... ;-)
every time i read it, it makes me laugh!

I always enjoyed how the Silk soy milk products say "Shake Well & Buy Often." The humor of the health food industry...
